IF YOU ARE LBB MEMBER, YOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE, AS WELL AS YOUR RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS AN MEMBERSHIP ARE EXPLAINED IN YOUR ASSOCIATE AGREEMENT. PLEASE REFER TO THE MOST CURRENT VERSION OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION, ASSOCIATE AGREEMENT, ASSOCIATE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR A COMPLETE EXPLANATION OF THE LBB PRODUCT WARRANTY,EXCHANGE GUARANTEE, PRODUCT ORDERING, PAYMENT, SHIPPING AND RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES AS SUCH POLICIES APPLY TO OUR INDEPENDENT LBB MEMBER ASSOCIATES.
IF YOU ARE A LBB RETAIL CUSTOMER, ORDERING LBB PRODUCTS ONLINE THROUGH THE LBB MALAYSIA WEBSITE, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR ONLINE PURCHASE OF LBB PRODUCTS:

Payment Methods.
You may purchase your LBB products online using a credit card (i.e., VISA, MASTERCARD, and other accepted credit cards) or such other payment gateway available thereto.

Insufficient Funds and Declined Credit.
LBB MALAYSIA reserves the right to assess a reasonable charge for any electronic funds transfer returned unpaid by your bank. In the event that your credit card charge is declined, your order will not be accepted.

Back Order Policy.
As a general rule, LBB MALAYSIA MEMBER will not back order out-of-stock items. However, may back order Auto Order items, if necessary.

Shipping Discrepancies.
You are required to forthwith notify LBB of any shipping discrepancy or damage upon your receipt of the same. If you fail to notify LBB MALAYSIA of any shipping discrepancy or damage within fourteen (14) days of shipment, you may lose your right to request  a change or replacement.
LBB warrants the quality of its products and shall exchange any defective product.

FOURTEEN (14) Day Return Policy for Retail Customers.
If for any reason a Retail Customer is dissatisfied with any LBB product, he/she may return the product to LBB Malaysia within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase for a replacement, exchange, or full refund of the purchase price. Provided That the LBB product purchased is returned to LBB Malaysia remains intact and in its original condition.

Product Return Procedures.
To receive a refund, exchange, or replacement on product purchased you must do the following:
* Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) from the Customer Services Department. This number must accompany all returned products;
* Return the product with the original confirmation of order to LBB Malaysia;
* Use proper shipping carton(s) and packaging materials to return the product to LBB Malaysia. You are responsible for tracing your return shipment should that be necessary.
* LBB Malaysia is not liable for items lost in transit.

Delivery & Risk of Loss.
LBB may deliver your products by common carrier. If LBB ships your products by common carrier, you agree to pay for freight, handling and other pertinent shipping charges to cover the cost of shipping your products from LBB’s warehouse to your shipping address. Delivery is complete upon receipt of the goods at your shipping address.
